If you are a person with a disability who needs assistance or accommodation in the testing process for a job to which you have applied, please complete an ADA Accommodation Request Form or download the form and email it to our ADA Ombudsperson at ADAO@pbjcal.org or fax it to 205-279-3583. If you need assistance completing the form or have any questions about the accommodation process, please contact our ADA Ombudsperson at 205-279-3582. You may visit our office located at 2121 8th Avenue North, Suite 100. Our office hours are 8 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
