Training Program Updates

The health and safety of our Merit System employees, their families, and our communities is of the utmost importance to the Personnel Board of Jefferson County. As many of you are aware, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to adjust our training services to help ensure employee safety and well-being. Although we have temporarily suspended our in-person training classes we are excited to announce that in July, 2020 the Personnel Board will begin delivering leadership training through Virtual Instructor-Led Training sessions. Please review information on these sessions and, if you have the necessary equipment and resources, explore our training calendar to find professional development opportunities of interest.
